This is a general complaint about the Norwegian importing firm "Haro AS" http://www.aprilia.no. I write this letter for the benefit for both the Aprilia and the customers you have inn Norway. My new Aprilia Pegaso Strada 650 had an overturn for a week ago. Unfortunately the clutch handle broke in the fall, and I damaged the tip of the left handlebar. I contacted a lot of Norwegian dealers to get a new clutch handle and a new black tip to the left handlebar. None of the local dealers had this in their own local stock. That is not the problem. The problem is that the Norwegian importing firm does not operate a minimum stock of typical parts that often has to be changed. I have also visited Norwegian internet forums that discuss Aprilia. It is not very hard to find complaints about the same thing I just wrote in this letter. It does not just concern clutchhandels. It concerns Aprilia parts in general. It takes weeks and some also mention months before they get the parts they have ordered. I hope you for the future will demand a better quality from Haro AS in Norway, for the benefit for both the Norwegian customers and for Aprilias market share in Norway for the future. I love my new Aprilia bike, but I think it should be unnecessary be afraid of braking typical spare parts because I then might have to park the bike for a long time and wait for new parts to arrive from abroad.
